The best way to order is to use the website to select the products you wish to purchase and then checkout using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express credit card.

How to Order Online

1. Select the product you want by browsing our online product catalog at www.britemusic.com/products/
2. Click the "add to cart" button on the product you wish to purchase
3. Once you have added all the products to your shopping cart click the "checkout" button in your shopping cart to begin the checkout process. (the checkout process is secured by 128 bit security encryption protect your information and privacy)
4. During checkout you will enter your billing and shipping information and select the shipping type for your order.
5. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information for payment.
6. Click "submit order" when are satisfied with al the information.
7. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your order.
8. When your product ships another email will be sent notifying you that your order has shipped.
9. At any time you may login to your account (creating an account is optional at checkout) and check your order status at www.britemusic.com/account/

1. If you can not successfully complete an order online or do not feel comfortable placing orders via the web you may also call to place an order

3. If nobody answers the phone please leave us a detailed message including your name, phone number, email, best time to reach you and what you would like to order.
4. A customer service representative will answer your call or return your message within 1 business day.
