Am I required to sign some type of contract?
No. There is no contract and no obligation whatsoever. You may cancel your remaining monthly installments at any time with no penalty. Simply send an e-mail requesting cancellation to support@BriteMusic.com. Please include your name, address, phone number and reason for cancelling.
Is there any way to get my Complete Library in less time than 10 months?
Yes! The program is flexible and when you obtain your downloads is completely up to you. A link to download your next installment will be sent each time someone you refer registers for their own Music-by-the-Month program. In other words, you are welcome to utilize the full 10 months to obtain your referrals or, you could receive all 10 installments in the first week or two by referring people sooner!
Can I refer more than one person per month?
Yes! And because you receive your next e-mailed link each time one of your referrals registers, you will be able to obtain your downloaded songs and pages that much sooner!
Am I obligated to get all 10 installments?
No. If you would like certain installments and not others, just let us know and we will customize your program.
What if someone I referred cancels their MBM enrollment prior to receiving all 10 installments? Will that affect the installments I receive for free?
No. If one of the people who signed up following your referral, decides at some later point to cancel their MBM registration, it will have no affect whatsoever on your eligibility. Qualifying to receive free installments depends only on your referrals signing up and nothing more.
How will I know I am getting credit for the people I have referred?
Each time a new person signs up for their own Music-by-the-Month program, we will ask them to tell us who referred them. If we do not obtain that information at the time of their registration, we will contact them by e-mail and/or by phone and continue to do so until we determine who referred them? Also, you are more than welcome to notify us if you are aware that someone you referred has signed up.
If I refer others, does that affect the scheduled dates of subsequent installments and charges?
"Yes" for the installments but "No" for the charges. As explained earlier, you will receive your next download link as soon as your next referral signs up. However, nothing can shorten the time before scheduled credit card charges. For example, suppose you sign up for your own Music-by-the-Month on August 20th. Then, suppose that prior to the end of the month (i.e. August 31st), three people referred by you opt to sign up themselves. That will immediately trigger three e-mails to you containing links to download your first three installments and, at the same time, erase your first three credit card charges scheduled for September 20th, October 20th and November 20th respectively. Then, suppose for some reason, that you did not refer anyone else. Even though you had already received your first three installments, no charges would be applied to your credit card until December 20th, the scheduled date for your 4th installment. On that date, you would receive an e-mail containing a download link for your 4th installment and your credit card would be charged the usual fee. By the way, e-mails sent to you will always display the past history including the names of the customers you have referred, the installments you have received, any charges made as well as the schedule or future e-mail links to be sent and credit card charges to be made.
What if the products I download do not meet my expectations?

Why is Brite Music making such an outrageous offer?
At Brite Music, our mission is to improve the lives of children. The best way we can do that is by getting Janeen Brady's awesome and life-changing music into the homes of more children. And be specific. For example, tell them how having Brite Music songs and a few activity pages in the car has changed driving time from a sometimes noisy and frustrating experience to one in which your children are completely absorbed.
Can I share my downloaded music and books with friends and relatives?
No. The products you purchase or earn through referring others are for your household only. Although many people are not aware of it, sharing your download link(s) or any of the downloaded files with anyone not living in your household is dishonest and constitutes breaking the law. We request that you adhere to the same principles Brite Music products are teaching your children and not illegally share copyrighted materials such as Brite Music products—especially since this great Music-by-the-Month promotion enables others to get all of the products free of charge just as it does you.
Can I download my files more than once?
Sure. If downloaded files become corrupted or are inadvertently deleted, simply use your link to download them again. As for the activity and coloring books, feel free to print a copy for each child or print replacement pages once they have colored--or destroyed--the first set! :))
